OPENING IN CARY FOR US IS “ WUNDERBAR”. IT TOOK ME 5 YEARS OF
SEARCHING TO FIND MY DREAM LOCATION. THIS MAGNIFICENT BUILDING WAS
BUILT TO BE A FESTIVE DINING PALACE AND NOW ITS DESIGNER’S VISION
WILL BE FULFILLED.

MY BAVARIAN
BRATHAUS JOURNEY STARTED OUT IN A LITTLE BUILDING KNOWN AS THE OLD
GINGER BREAD HOUSE AT 310A MONROE ST. IN CARTHAGE NC WITH 30 SEATS,
THEN EXPANDING DOWN THE ROAD INTO THE WHITE HORSE BUILDING THAT I
TURNED INTO A CHALET LOOKING GÄSTEHAUS WITH ALL THE TRIMMINGS.
WORKING TO BETTER SERVE MY CUSTOMERS I OPENED A SECOND LOCATION IN
SANFORD GETTING CLOSER TO WHERE HALF OF MY CUSTOMERS LIVE. ALONG
CAME FOUR DOLLAR A GALLON GAS PRICES WHICH MEANT LESS TRAVELING SO I
SEARCHED THE TRIANGLE AREA WHICH LED ME, PAUL HOFFMANN & MY NEW
PARTNER GENE GIBBONS TO CREATE THE BAVARIAN BRATHAUS OF CARY
WE HAVE SO MUCH
TO SAY, WE SOMETIMES
FORGET TO TALK ABOUT OUR FOOD.
